FSX Valencia/Manises Airport Scenery

Valencia/Manises Airport (LEVC) receives a full stock-airport overhaul for FSX, rebuilt with ADE9x and requiring no additional objects. Runway 12/30 is extended with displaced threshold and stopways, runway 04/22 is closed, and a new parallel taxiway plus expanded aprons improve ground flow; updated ILS and realistic hard shoulders enhance operations.

Flight Simulator X Prepar3D

Scenery Valencia/Manises Airport. Updated scenery for Valencia Airport, Spain (LEVC). Made using ADE9x only (no additional objects required). Complete re-work of FSX stock airport - runway 12/30 extended with parallel taxiway and 04/22 closed. Aprons expanded and static objects included for more realism. Runway and taxiway hard shoulders as in real life and ILS both rwy ends. By John Ball.

Designed using ADE 9x.

Complete overhaul of basic FSX airport, using ADE airport designer only and no additional add-ons required.

Base FSX version is some 4 years old - Updated here by closing RWY 04/22 and extending RWY 12/30 to include dispaced threshold RWY30 and over-run areas each end as well as runway hard shoulders as in real life.

RWY 12/30 10530' x 150' (3210 x 46m) - Stopway 1000' (300m) each end. RWY 30 LDA 9500' (Displaced threshold).

New parallel taxiway added and aprons expanded to match current layout.

NB. Layout is as close as I could get within limitations of ADE. Some static objects have been added to make the airport look 'busier' - may not be 100% accurate to real life but look good.

INSTALLATION:

Place contents of downloaded folder (except readme and scrrenshot) in your FSX/Addon scenery/Scenery directory.

Run FSX, go to Spain, Valencia (LEVC)

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.

Use these coordinates to fly directly to this location once the mod is installed.
