Magdeburg Airport EDBM for FSX refreshes the field with an updated AFCAD that corrects parking aprons and taxiways, plus refined ground polygons for a more true-to-life background. Custom and default scenery objects add visual context around the airport, delivering a cleaner, more realistic look for local VFR and regional operations.

Magdeburg, Germany. This is version 2 of the scenery of Magdeburg (EDBM). Includes an AFCAD, objects and a background like in reality. The AFCAD corrects the parking aprons and taxiways, polygons make the background more realistic. Also FSX default objects were added. Tested in FSX SP2. Last version had 988 downloads.

Before installing, be sure that you deleted my old version from Magdeburg, otherwise the Airport will be a cruelty for you eyes.

How to install:

Put ALL files, which are in the folder scenery, in C:/program files/Microsoft Games/Flight Simulator X/Addon Scenery/Scenery.

Then start FSX. Go to Germany/Magdeburg (ICAO-Code: EDBM). FSX will load and you will see the scenery.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.

Finding the scenery

Use these coordinates to fly directly to this location once the mod is installed.
