Lea County/Jal’s published set consists solely of an airport diagram, with no terminal approach or departure procedures for either runway. The diagram supplies the ground layout, but the collection provides no charted instrument arrival or departure path. Runway length also changes markedly by alignment: 01/19 provides 2,100 ft more than 09/27.
All five nearby fields have broader procedure coverage. Lea County Regional has the largest set, while Andrews County has the thinnest; Winkler County and Roy Hurd Memorial are similarly covered, with Odessa-Schlemeyer Field between those groups. Four sectional charts add wider visual-navigation context that the airport diagram does not contain.
