Approach and runway pattern

Pompano Beach Airpark has three runway alignments, yet instrument approaches serve only four of the six ends. Four of the five approaches are RNAV (GPS), with the localiser providing the sole non-RNAV procedure. Aircraft needing more than 4,918 ft cannot use any runway, while those requiring over 4,001 ft are confined to runway 15/33.

Surrounding chart coverage

Fort Lauderdale Executive has an almost equally broad procedure set, while Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International has broader coverage still. Boca Raton is more moderately covered; North Perry and Palm Beach County Park have markedly thinner sets. The Miami Sectional, Miami Terminal Area Chart and Caribbean 1 chart add visual planning context at terminal and wider regional scales beyond the airport-specific instrument procedures.
