St Paul Downtown Holman Field’s chart set is weighted strongly towards departures: 13 departure procedures accompany four approach plates. Those plates combine two ILS, two RNAV (GPS) and two localiser procedures, but serve only two of the airport’s six runway ends. Instrument arrivals are therefore concentrated on a limited part of the three-runway layout.
Runway 14/32 is 2,487 ft longer than the next-longest runway, making it the clear source of the field’s greatest available runway distance. Nearby, Minneapolis–St Paul has substantially broader procedure coverage, while Anoka County/Blaine is closer in scale; Crystal, South St Paul and Lake Elmo have much thinner chart sets. The two sectional charts add wider VFR context, while the Minneapolis–St Paul Terminal Area Chart provides more focused coverage around the airport.
