FSX RAF Grumman Goose

RAF 942 livery for the Grumman Goose G21A adds crisp military markings and period character to the amphibian’s exterior, complementing the HD Redux model with authentic presentation in FSX. Repaint only, it requires OZX Grumman Goose HD Redux 1.20 and integrates cleanly with the existing aircraft configuration and virtual cockpit.

Installation:

Unzip the file.
Put the folder "texture._RAF-942" in the directory SimObjects\Airplanes\Grumman_Goose_G21A_HP.
Open the aircraft.cfg file and paste the following text into the file after the previous aircraft repaint, ensuring to replace [fltsim.XX] with the next number in sequence.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D Repaint

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Add livery to base aircraft folder

Place the texture folder (typically texture.{airline}) inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\{base-aircraft}\.
Update aircraft.cfg

Open the base aircraft.cfg in Notepad. Add a new [fltsim.X] section per the readme.
