FS2004 BOAC DC-7C

BOAC was an early customer for the DC7C, and had a fleet of ten. Repaints by Jens B. Kristensen of original model by Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson, flight dynamics by FS Aviator, modified for FS2004 by Tom Gibson. Panel and sounds must be downloaded from calclassic.

description=BOAC was an early customer for the DC-7C and had a fleet of ten. G-AOIC c/n 45113 was delivered to BOAC in november 1956. The DC-7C was a complete redesign abandoning the wing of the DC-4 allowing a further substantial increase in fuel and oil capacity. Updated engines gave slightly more power for take off and climb, but since the DC-7C was 17,000lbs heavier than the DC-7B performance was significantly reduced.
