FS2004 Sabena Douglas DC-3 OO-AUW

Sabena’s Douglas DC-3 OO-AUW arrives in authentic 1940s colors with refreshed textures and period-correct registration for the classic airliner look. Built as a repaint for the default DC-3 in FS2004, it requires a compatible DC-3 base model and delivers a crisp vintage finish for historic routes.

Installation in FS2004:

Unpack/extract the file into a temporary folder.
Copy the texture.SabOO-AUW folder into the main folder of your Base DC-3 folder. I highly recommend the DCA DC-3 Classic Version, (file: dca_fs9_va.zip) I like their full panel version.
Open the aircraft.cfg file of your Base DC-3 and add the following text:

[fltsim.X] title=Douglas DC-3 Sabena 1940's sim=Douglas_DC3 model= panel= sound= texture=SabOO-AUW checklists= ui_manufacturer=Douglas ui_type=DC-3 ui_variation=Sabena 1940's description=Douglas DC-3 Sabena, registration OO-AUW (1940's livery).\nRepainted by Juan Velilla\nDate: April 2005 atc_heavy=0 atc_id=OO-AUW atc_airline=SABENA atc_flight_number= visual_damage=0

Please make sure: if you have already installed other texture versions of the DC-3, the numbering of [fltsim.X] must be adapted in sequence; For example: [fltsim.1], [fltsim.2] ...

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
