Qantas Boeing 737-800 'Spirit of Australians', registration VH-XZA special livery. Textures for the payware PMDG 737NGX, which is required. Textures by Giulio Catena for FS Repaints Australia.

Included textures have been made according to real-world photos of this or similar aircraft to supply the highest detail and accuracy.

Installation:

  • Open the included .PTP file in the PMDG Operations Center under 737NGX>Livery Manager>737-800WL NGX, this will install all textures automatically.
  • Can also be installed with the 737NGX Livery Manager
  • Enjoy!

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D Repaint for Payware Model

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Add livery to base aircraft folder

    Place the texture folder (typically texture.{airline}) inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\{base-aircraft}\.

  3. Update aircraft.cfg

    Open the base aircraft.cfg in Notepad. Add a new [fltsim.X] section per the readme.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
