Top speed 763 MPH. The Thrust SSC achieved the world's first supersonic land speed
record. It averaged Mach 1.02 on both runs within one hour on October 15
1997.

I have it going 722 kts so far. Will try for 764 kts starting tonigh. I am 76 yr old retired and so I have the time for 'trial n error' of FDEs. I am having a lot of fun with this model.
