This is a repaint (textures only) for the Vertigo Studios (formerly known as RealFlight) F6F Hellcat. This repaint was made with the included paint kit. This texture represents an F6F-3 Hellcat white 8-F-35, VF-8. These pre-war type markings were standard for squadrons in training on the east coast of the US throughout the war. By Brian Hill.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Place the folder texture.VF8 Training in your main RF F6F_Hellcat folder. All necessary texture files are included in this download.

Now. open the main aircraft.cfg file with notepad, and copy and paste these lines after the last paragraph groups that start with [fltsim]

Change the XX to the next corresponding number.
