You can download free Citation Longitude liveries for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024 from our MSFS freeware and mods library. Check each file description for simulator-version support, and confirm that the Citation Longitude is available in your edition: a livery adds paintwork, not the aircraft itself.
In MSFS 2020, the default Citation Longitude came with Premium Deluxe rather than the Standard or Deluxe editions; our MSFS 2020 aircraft-by-edition list confirms the distinction. In MSFS 2024, check that the Longitude appears in your aircraft library before downloading. Do not substitute a Citation CJ4 repaint: the CJ4 and Longitude use different aircraft packages and texture layouts.
Which Citation Longitude livery should you download?
Choose a package that explicitly supports the Longitude version installed in your simulator.

Look for both “Citation Longitude” and “Cessna Citation Longitude” in livery listings. A vague “Citation” label is insufficient because Microsoft Flight Simulator contains more than one Citation model.
Do MSFS 2020 Longitude liveries work in MSFS 2024?
Some MSFS 2020 Longitude liveries work in MSFS 2024, but compatibility is not guaranteed. A repaint depends on the aircraft's internal package identity, texture configuration and model mapping—not just the name displayed in the aircraft selector.
If a description does not mention MSFS 2024, treat the package as unverified and review our checks for using MSFS 2020 liveries in MSFS 2024. A failed package may be absent from the selector or show missing, incorrect or incomplete textures.
Can downloaded Longitude liveries be installed on Xbox or PS5?
No. Community-folder livery packages downloaded from the web are PC add-ons and cannot be installed manually on Xbox Series X|S, PS5 or PS5 Pro. This remains true even though MSFS 2024 is available on PlayStation; MSFS 2020 was never released there.
Console users are limited to content delivered through the simulator's supported console content system. A ZIP archive intended for the PC Community folder will not work on a console.
How do you install a downloaded Longitude livery?
On PC, extract the actual livery package into the active Microsoft Flight Simulator Community folder.
- Check the description: confirm the package names the Citation Longitude and your simulator version.
- Extract the archive: do not place the unopened ZIP file in the Community folder.
- Find the package root: copy the folder containing files such as
manifest.jsonandlayout.json, not an extra wrapper folder above it. - Restart the simulator: select the Citation Longitude and choose the new paint scheme from its available liveries.

Why is the Citation Longitude livery not showing?
A missing Longitude livery usually means the base aircraft is unavailable, the package is nested incorrectly or it targets the wrong simulator version.
- No Citation Longitude in the aircraft selector: the repaint does not include the jet. Confirm that your edition or owned content provides the base aircraft.
- Aircraft present but livery absent: check for an extra folder level and make sure you used the Community folder belonging to the installation you actually launch.
- Citation CJ4 selected: return to the aircraft selector and choose the Longitude; their liveries are not interchangeable.
- Broken or incomplete textures: remove duplicate copies, reinstall one clean package and use a version explicitly marked for your simulator.
