Elevate your simulator environment with this detailed repaint package, meticulously prepared for the FAIB 737-400 model. These textures recreate Donavia’s 2012 fleet markings, capturing the essence of an airline that once operated in parts of Russia and neighboring regions. Developed by Erez Werber, with the repaint artistry of Philippe Tabatchnik, this freeware add-on delivers an authentic exterior appearance and accurate branding. You will need the base model (not included here) to experience these textures in full.
Key Features and Notes
- Compatible with the FAIB 737-400 freeware base model created by Erez Werber (model package must be obtained separately).
- High-fidelity livery designed by repaint specialist Philippe Tabatchnik, replicating Donavia’s final color scheme for 2012.
- Focused on exterior texturing, featuring realistic fuselage details, tail markings, and airline badges.
- Free to download and integrate into your flight simulation setup, adding variety to AI traffic or personal use.

Installation Procedure
- Unzip the repaint folder labeled “texture.donavia xxx” into the matching FAIB 737-400 base model directory (ensure you have already acquired and installed the freeware base package).
- Open the aircraft.cfg file in the base model’s folder and insert the [fltsim.x] entries found in this repaint package. Adjust the sequence numbers (e.g., [fltsim.0], [fltsim.1], etc.) without skipping any index values.
- Incorporate these aircraft into your existing flight plans or create new ones to see them in your traffic rotations.
Additional Notes
- This release provides textures only. The required primary model is downloadable from the Fly Away Simulation library.
- Ensure the numbering in your aircraft.cfg does not conflict with existing entries, as flight simulators rely on correct indexing to manage multiple liveries.
- For best results, confirm that you are using a compatible simulator platform before loading the repaint.
By offering a faithful representation of Donavia’s Boeing 737-400 fleet, this texture set adds both realism and diversity to your virtual skies. Enjoy this addition to your library and credit goes to creators Erez Werber (base model) and Philippe Tabatchnik (livery).
