simflight3d is a new web site specializing in airplanes for Flight Simulator and announces its first model: the 1958 Cessna 172 (straight tail). SimFlight3D is currently creating general aviation aircraft "for pilots by pilots" and also sim pilots.
Although SimFlight3D have dropped off the face of the Earth since 2011, many of their products are still available on the website. They created a range of extremely attractive aircraft such as their “Classic Trainer Bundle” which included smaller aircraft, or indeed the Sea Fury Reno Racer for FSX.
Some of their products, though, are no longer available for download anymore as the files seem to be missing but what is still on the website is some of the most impressive flight models and attention to detail in a custom package that you are likely to see anytime soon!
These packages are hugely detailed and come from a squad of highly detailed and professional modelers who come with more than a decade of experience. Therefore you can rely upon these to make the right connection and the right change with regards to how you fly.
If you aren’t sure how to go about this and how to make your flight experience that little bit more enjoyable than it might usually be, this is a great place to get started with. The quality of each of the aircraft – whether it’s the Reno Racer or the various training aircraft – is absolutely spotless and you can easily enjoy jumping into the cockpit of something like this with a bit more relish just thanks to the wide array of details.
In the future we hope to see more coming from SimFlight3D as the quality of modelling and precision in each of the aircraft provided in here was absolutely sensational.
With over 15 years of 3D modeling, graphic design/conceptualization and animation in the video game industry plus actual flying experience, SimFlight3D was created to promote sophisticated, accurate aircraft models.
