FSDSxTweak V2.4

FSDSxTweak works with FSDS 3.5.1 to apply bump mapping, VC dynamic shadows, environment mapping, and external and VC cameras, along with automatically computed gear compression and fuel tank placement. Version 2.4 adds bug fixes, bloom and material-color tweaks, plus fsdsxtweak_plugin with build scripts and Modeldef_Edit for animation dictionaries.
