Improved AFCAD2 File For EHRD

Rotterdam EHRD in the Netherlands is supported alongside NL2K29S2.ZIP from the NL2000 collection, with parking codes for Transavia, VLM, and KLM Cityhoper and GA spots at Rotterdam Aeroclub. Place AF2_EHRD.BGL in the relevant add-on subfolder; remove or rename AF2NL2K29v1_EHRD.bgl in the NL2000 directory, noting that the old file reappears when using the NL2000 feature panel.
