Runway Update For Schiphol

Runway numbers at Schiphol shift from 01L/19R and 01R/19L to 36C/18C, 36L/18R, and 36R/18L, matching the real-world arrangement after the Polderbaan expansion. Athens Eleftherios

At Athens Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport (LGAV), 88 parking gates and ramps are added to expand parking capacity, driving an about 95% accurate layout since some north apron ramps remain unadded. The implementation uses a file named AF2_LGAV.bgl to prepare the airport for flights created with TTools 2 by Lee Swordy.
