Airbus A300B Engine Smoke Effects

Engine smoke effect applies to the Airbus A300-B variants B1, B2, and B4, remaining hidden at standstill and becoming visible as the aircraft accelerates. The setup uses fx_smoke_f6.fx placed in the Effects folder and SMOKESYSTEM entries added to all three A300_B aircraft.cfg files, by Tom Tiedman.
