EGCC Updated

Two BGL files, AIG_EGCC_ADE_MB_Default.BGL and AIG_EGCC_ADE_MB_Default_CVX.BGL, are provided for Manchester Airport to update ground movements and surrounding areas. The CVX variant includes landclass data, and credits go to ADE author Jon Masterson with the graphical Approach code editor by Jim Vile, version 1.40.
