AFCAD Enhancement For KOAK

KOAK v2 alters the airport layout with new taxiways, vehicle paths, and seven additional gates at Terminal 2, plus updated runway lighting. KOAK_KA.bgl and KOAK_KA_CVX.bgl go into a folder with higher priority than surrounding coverage, and lighting requires a separate package by Jim Dhaenens to be visible.
