El Paso International Airport X2 V

Two BGL variants address the KELP airport in Texas, one with crosswind runway activation and one default, named KELP_ADE_CW_RS.BGL and KELP_ADE_RS.BGL. Improvements include assigned parking, correctly numbered gates, missing gates, animated jetbridges on the east concourse, taxiways corrected, holdshorts at runway 8L repositioned, and ADE v1.20 design with tower-view perspectives, tested with Ultimate Traffic/WOAI.
