LIPB - Bolzano

Bolzano in northern Italy appears in the ninth Alpha India Group round, with two BGL files named AIG_LIPB_ADEX_JDW_Default.BGL and AIG_LIPB_ADEX_JDW_CVX_Default.BGL installed in the addon directory to update airport layout.
